The Brief
Deliver high-volume, premium digital content under live-event conditions — match-day graphics, animated infographic videos, and campaign materials that needed to feel both immediate and polished.

The Approach
Built a modular visual system that scaled across both tournaments — match-day graphics, infographic video packages, and a signature animated logo outro stamped onto every social reel. Modular templates kept output fast on a tight match-day cadence while letting key moments stand out.

The Outcome
Content delivered across both tournaments drove significant increases in audience engagement across social media, reaching football fans across Asia throughout the full duration of both tournaments. The AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 set a new record with 1,068,587 fans — the highest tournament attendance in AFC Asian Cup history.
